Research and source potential Hosts across priority verticals.
Write personalized outreach through social, email and local networks.
Run Host interviews and identify real operating pain.
Qualify Hosts based on frequency, audience ownership, paid intent and readiness.
Help accepted Hosts define their Club, first event, pricing, guest questions and launch plan.
Manage the Host CRM and keep every next action clear.
Work with Product to turn Host objections into product decisions and onboarding improvements.

Community Operations Lead

Singapore · TBD · Make the early Host and guest experience dependable when real-world events become messy.

Support Host onboarding, payment setup and event readiness.
Help resolve registration, waitlist, refund, chat and account issues.
Maintain event-readiness and launch checklists.
Coordinate with Platform Ops on reports, blocks, event pauses and exceptions.
Collect structured Host and guest feedback after events.
Document incidents and identify recurring product problems.
Build lightweight operating procedures that can later scale to more Hosts and cities.

Partnerships Business Development & Venue

Build relationships with restaurants, private dining venues, studios, gyms, galleries and local experience partners.
Identify venue and service needs across Gummy's priority Host categories.
Develop repeatable partnership offers rather than one-off favors.
Help match qualified Hosts with suitable spaces and partners.
Explore brand collaborations only where there is a clear fit with the Club and member experience.
Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate internal follow-through.
Maintain a clear partner pipeline and document what makes each relationship work.

Growth, Content & Social Lead

Own Gummy's launch content calendar across social and website channels.
Produce clear product demos, Host stories, event Recaps and market-specific content.
Develop and test paid and organic creative for Host acquisition.
Work with design to produce short-form video, static ads, carousels and landing-page assets.
Track which content and campaigns create qualified Host applications.
Maintain Gummy's tone of voice across supported languages with local reviewers.
