This Notice explains how Ultron Technology Limited uses cookies, JavaScript beacons, browser storage, and similar technologies on Gummy's marketing website. It should be read with the Gummy Privacy Policy.
This Notice applies only to about.gummyfan.com and marketing pages on that domain that link to it. It does not apply to the Gummy product application at www.gummyfan.com, which has a separate Product Application Cookie and Similar Technologies Notice.
Ultron Technology Limited, Ontario corporation number 1000823664, is responsible for Gummy's use of technologies described in this Notice. Our registered office is 25 Royal Troon Crescent, Markham, Ontario, Canada. Our Privacy Officer is Aosong Guo and can be contacted at privacy@gummyfan.com.
about.gummyfan.com is an informational and marketing website. It does not contain a Gummy account-registration form, booking form, payment form, or server-side Gummy submission endpoint. Calls to action direct visitors to www.gummyfan.com or open an email client through a mailto: link.
The marketing website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless aggregate measurement and may use Cloudflare delivery or security technology when necessary to deliver and protect the site. It does not load PostHog or Sentry and does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers.

Gummy uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referral sources, loading performance, and basic traffic trends. It operates through a JavaScript analytics beacon. Cloudflare states that Cloudflare Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
As configured and verified, the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon does not set or read cookies, write a persistent identifier to local storage, fingerprint a visitor, identify a returning individual, or create an advertising profile. Gummy receives aggregate measurements rather than a visitor-level advertising profile.
A request to load a page or analytics beacon necessarily reaches Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to transmit, protect, and measure the site, including network and performance information, under its applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Gummy does not request prior opt-in consent for the current Cloudflare Web Analytics configuration in the markets in which the marketing website is launched because the beacon does not store or read an identifier on the visitor's device, use fingerprinting, or provide Gummy with personal information. This conclusion applies only to the configuration described in this Notice and the launch markets identified in the Gummy Privacy Policy.
If Gummy changes the provider, configuration, data fields, purpose, or target markets, or introduces identifiable analytics or device storage, Gummy will reassess the consent requirement before the change takes effect.
Cloudflare may use a short-lived or security-specific cookie when necessary to distinguish legitimate traffic, complete a browser challenge, balance traffic, or protect the website from abuse. These technologies are necessary for delivery or security and are not used by Gummy for advertising or optional analytics.
Gummy does not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, data-broker tags, cross-site tracking, or cross-context behavioural advertising on about.gummyfan.com. Gummy does not sell or share information collected through the marketing website for those purposes.
An outbound link or mailto: link may open a service controlled by another provider. That provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its privacy and cookie notices. Gummy does not cause those provider technologies to activate merely because a visitor viewed about.gummyfan.com.
Browsers can display, delete, or block cookies and site storage. Blocking a necessary Cloudflare security technology may prevent the website from loading or completing a security check. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal, but there is no uniform technical standard for it. Where a legally valid opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control applies, Gummy treats it as required by applicable law. No covered sale or targeted-advertising practice is active on this website.
Gummy may update this Notice when a provider, technology, purpose, duration, configuration, target market, or law changes. We will post the revised version and change the "Last updated" date before beginning a materially new use where prior notice or consent is required.
